Refund policy

We take great care in sourcing quality sustainable products. In the unlikely event you find a fault with any of our products we offer a full refund (excluding postage) for faulty or damaged goods once they have been returned and checked. You must cover the cost of the return postage and we recommend a tracked service because we can not be responsible if the package goes missing. 

We do not however, due to the nature of our products offer refunds if you change your mind. 

If you are unhappy with any of our products we ask you contact us in the first instant, we will always try to resolve any issues as soon as we possibly can.
